- We operate a mail-order timer and module repair service, in the UK and Europe, whereby items can be sent to us for test & repair, and are quickly returned.
- Selected, popular items are also available from part spares stock, in advance of the return exchange.
- We also purchase, or give credit, for particular items suitable for repair, to replenish stocks.

If the faulty appliance you are servicing has a module / pcb or timer you suspect is at fault, why go to the expense of fitting a new replacement spare part? - You won't be able to return it to your supplier if it doesn't cure the fault. Expense incurred, and no result!
Order a reconditioned part from QER spares stock, and if it doesn't clear your fault, you know the fault is elsewhere, and you can return it to us for a 50% refund. Or, if your customer cancels, and you don't fit the part, you can return for a full refund!
Alternatively, if you send the part to us for test & repair, if NFF (No Fault Found), you will get a 25% discount, and an exchange spare part (subject to availability)
Note that some parts cannot be fully tested - these have "UL" as part of the QER product code - If we find no fault with one of these, we make no charge

Most popular items are held in stock and can be despatched the same day - (you return your exchange later). Otherwise, you post to us and we normally repair and return on the day of receipt.
